In the English "Premier" League, five matches were played on Monday.

A surprise victory in added time was snatched by London's "Fulham" eleven, beating "Arsenal" 2-1 in the capital's derby.

The visitors dominated the first half, but couldn't turn their advantage into goals. Although Laurent Koscielny's header put the "Gunners" in front, it was not enough as it turned out after the break.

In the second half, the team of "Fulham" took control. Initially, Philippe Senderos and Clint Dempsey lacked precision, and the situation for "Arsenal" got complicated in the 78th minute when Johan Djourou saw his second yellow card.

"Fulham" took advantage of this: in the 85th minute, Steve Sidwell equalized the score, and Bobby Zamora snatched a dramatic victory.

A dramatic victory for a place in the strongest top four was achieved by London's "Chelsea" club, who defeated "Wolverhampton" 2-1 away.

The visitors took the lead after Ramires' goal, but in the 84th minute, "Wolverhampton" striker Stephen Ward equalized from close range, seemingly sharing the points.

However, in the 89th minute, following a superb pass from Ashley Cole, the ball was sent into the net, securing victory for "Chelsea" by veteran Frank Lampard.

The hosts had a final chance to salvage a point, but in added time, goalkeeper Petr Cech blocked a header from Kevin Doyle.

Peter Crouch, scoring two goals, secured a 2-1 victory for "Stoke" against the "Blackburn" team, who failed to capitalize on the inspiration from their sensational weekend victory against "Man Utd".
