David Beckham has decided to continue his career in the United States. This news was confirmed by President Nasser Al-Khelaifi, stating that negotiations with the club are no longer ongoing.
The 36-year-old veteran had previously stated that he was choosing between two options: either staying with the Los Angeles Galaxy team, which he has represented for the past five years, or returning to Europe and wearing the PSG shirt.
Although the press reported that Beckham had chosen the French option, reality turned out to be different.
"Yes, I think David is staying in the USA, where he currently is," Khelaifi said. "It's clear that he won't be coming to us."
It is rumored that Beckham's wife and children wanted him to stay in Los Angeles, where he scored two goals in over 30 matches last season.
