Agent of Andy Carroll denies reports that his client may return to the club.
English newspaper "The Sun" reported that 'The Reds' are willing to offer 12 million euros for the footballer - 30 million less than they themselves received in January of last year.
"There is no truth in these reports. Andy is happy at Liverpool," - said agent Mark Curtis to the BBC.
23-year-old Carroll became one of the most expensive British players, but scored only two goals in 11 matches this season. Nevertheless, coach Kenny Dalglish said: "There is no reason to say that he lacks confidence. I think the press is the most concerned about it."
