"The schedule of the English championship displeases London coach Arsène Wenger, who claims that football has sold its soul to television channels.
All five matches of the capital's teams were rescheduled in order to better meet broadcasters' needs.
"We sold our soul and no longer control the schedule," said Wenger. "That's the truth. It's not normal when someone has a direct influence on match dates."
He continued: "The Premier League must ensure that fairness is maintained. We need to decide what is right and what is not. Now television decides, because such agreements have been made. It can't be that one team plays on Friday, then on Tuesday, while another plays on Sunday and Tuesday. I've been working in football for 30 years and I know this very well."
Arsenal have three matches left this month: in the Premier League against Swansea and Man Utd, and in the FA Cup against Aston Villa of Birmingham."
