Milan offered 25 million euros for striker Carlos Tevez.
The experienced footballer, who is currently in Argentina without club permission and refuses to return, is also of interest to another Italian team, Milan, as well as France's Paris St.Germain.
"There are no secrets in football," Inter president Massimo Moratti told "Controcampo." "Our offer is 25 million euros. Now we need to wait for Man City's decision."
He added: "At the moment, it seems that we don't need Tevez's position player, but every day the answer to this question can be different."
The last official match Tevez played for Man City was in September.
