Some coaches literally kick their players in the backside.
Former famous footballer Paolo Di Canio, currently coaching the English League Two club "Swindon," has always been known for his strong character.
In the match against "Macclesfield" he not only kicked one of his players in the backside, but was also sent off to the stands for losing control arguing about the referee's decision not to award a penalty kick.
From the stands, the Italian saw Paul Benson scoring the winning goal - "Swindon" won 1-0 and currently occupies fourth place in the league table.
"People have to understand my character. I speak with body language and don't offend anyone," Di Canio, angry with journalists, said. "If they want to send me to the stands every game, no problem. I will still win this league because I have a strong team."
