Mario Balotelli feels persecuted and is considering the possibility of moving to play in another country, says the striker's agent.
The 21-year-old footballer was recently punished with a four-match ban for hitting an opponent on the head a few days ago. However, he can still appeal.
"I think he feels persecuted. This cannot continue," said Mino Raiola. "I have always said that Mario has a clear vision and would like to play in this team for three or four years.
"Of course, if every three or four games he is suspended for one reason or another, then we will have to rethink. If the referees and the football association want Mario to leave England, it will need to be taken seriously."
He added, "Mario is very disappointed. He really enjoys playing in England. Balotelli constantly asks himself: 'Why is it always me?'"
In 15 Premier League matches, the Italian scored nine goals.
