London will soon shake hands with Genk's "Racing" midfielder Kevin de Bruyne.
The 20-year-old footballer has played twice this season against an English team in the group stage of the Champions League and has made a positive impression on experts. Roman Abramovich's club will not hesitate to offer him 10 million euros.
Genk's managers hope that the paperwork will be sorted out in London soon. However, De Bruyne should stay in Belgium until the end of the season according to the loan agreement.
The attacking midfielder and winger, who has scored four goals in 13 matches this season, would become the third Belgian to join Chelsea under coach Andre Villas Boas. Earlier, the goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and striker Romelu Lukaku were signed.
