Italy's Cup will have a new owner - defending champion Milan's "Inter" lost 0-2 to "Napoli" on Wednesday and withdrew from the competition already in the quarter-finals.
Both goals for the winners were scored by Edinson Cavani, helping the team to avenge their loss to "Inter" in this stage last season. Additionally, the seven consecutive victories of Milan's eleven were interrupted.
In the semifinals, "Napoli" will meet "Siena", who defeated Verona's "Chievo" 1-0.
In the other pair, Turin's "Juventus", which won 3-0 against "Roma", will compete with the winner of the match between "Milan" and "Lazio" from Rome. This match will take place on Thursday.
