London defender Alex is moving to the club for 6 million euros.
Brazil passed a medical examination and signed a three-year contract.
"I have practically not played for the last two months, so I wanted to leave the London team," said 29-year-old Alex. "Negotiations with PSG went very well.
"I know how famous this club is, so I really wanted to come here. Besides, I have already worked with coach Carlo Ancelotti for two years."
