The best planet footballer Lionel Messi assures that he will never give up in the fight for the Spanish champions title.
On Saturday, Barcelona played a goalless draw with Villarreal, trailing leaders Real Madrid by 7 points with 18 games left.
"Barcelona never gives up," said Messi. "The second round has just started, and there are still many games left."
He continued: "There are still many important tasks ahead. We will focus on the King's Cup matches against Valencia, as we really want to reach the final."
Messi was also dissatisfied with the referee's work: "We had opportunities to score, but we didn't take advantage of them. I don't like to talk about the referee, but sometimes they can be too arrogant and threaten to show a yellow card without any serious reason."
The duel with Valencia in the Spanish champions awaits already on Wednesday.
