Captain's armbandless John Terry does not intend to retire from the England national team. The English Football Association (FA) made a decision because the London "Chelsea" defender will face court in July for possible racial abuse against Anton Ferdinand. Coach Fabio Capello urged to wait for the court's verdict before taking any sanctions, but the FA decided otherwise. It is worth noting that a couple of years ago the Englishman was involved in a scandal when it was revealed the circumstances of his affair with Wayne Bridge's girlfriend, who was also playing for the national team. At that time, he temporarily lost his captain duties, but was later reinstated. According to the BBC, the current events did not prompt Terry to end his career in the national team.
