Carlos Tevez is returning to the team, but he adds that coach Roberto Mancini treated him "like a dog". The Argentine last wore the shirt of an English team back in September, when he was involved in a scandal for refusing to enter the field during a Champions League match against Bayern Munich. A few weeks later, Tevez returned to his homeland, where he has been ever since. "I am ready to come back and give my all on the field," said the football player. "I understand that I will have to perform excellently if I want to silence the critics. It won't be easy for me or for the fans." He continued: "If I was wrong, I will apologize. But I sincerely believe I was not mistaken. I hope Mancini is really waiting for me and not doing this for appearances in the media." Speaking about the scandalous situation during the match with Bayern, Tevez claimed: "My mood was bad because the coach substituted striker Edin Dzeko for midfielder Nigel de Jong when we were losing 0-2. I thought he was strengthening the defense, so I decided to sit on the bench. "At that moment, Dzeko was angry and argued with the coach. I heard Italian curse words, so I did not want to get involved and sat down so as not to be seen by the coach. Then he turned and looked at me, and then you can understand what happened. He told me to warm up, but he treated me like a dog. When I heard that tone, I refused. I was ready to play, but the coach's mood was very bad after the conflict with Dzeko." And he added: "He cursed at me, and I remained calm. Really terrible words were said."
