London strategist Andre Villas Boas admitted that some players do not support him, but insists he feels the support of owner Roman Abramovich.
According to the Portuguese, it is normal for some players to disagree with certain decisions.
"They do not necessarily have to support the project we started. This is completely normal. What is important is that the owner supports it," said Villas Boas.
And he continued, "I believe Abramovich completely trusts me, so we will continue to work with our ideas. Our goal is to secure a better position in the English championship, where we must be among the top four, as well as to fight for the FA and Champions League trophies until the end."
In the Premier League, with 43 points, Chelsea currently occupies fifth place.
