Defeat in the Champions League could mean the end of coach Andre Villas Boas' career at the London club, as reported by the English press.

The 'Blues' will face Napoli in the Round of 16 on Tuesday. In case of a heavy defeat, the Portuguese coach may not stay for the return leg.

Over the weekend, Chelsea managed to salvage a 1-1 draw at home against Birmingham in the FA Cup, but the results and the style of play have not been impressive. Therefore, there is increasing talk that the 34-year-old specialist is too young for this position and may soon be sacked.

When asked about his future, keeping in mind owner Roman Abramovich, Villas Boas insisted, "It is not for me to decide, you have to ask the responsible person."

In the Premier League, Chelsea, who did not hide their ambitions before the season, are currently in fifth place.
