The interim coach of the England national team, Stuart Pearce, insists that he is not ready to take on this job for a long time.
The strategist, who replaced the resigning Fabio Capello in a friendly match against the Netherlands, stated that the Football Association (FA) officials are looking for a new specialist.
"I am used to working with two teams," Pearce, who is in charge of the England youth team (up to 21 years old), said. "The players' behavior towards me was top-notch. They were properly motivated, so I couldn't ask for more."
"I believe I could work in the final stage of the European Championship, as I have participated in international competitions more than once. However, after these championships, I wouldn't be suitable because I would lack experience."
England lost to the Netherlands 2-3 in London.
