After today's postponed matches of the Spanish championship ("La Liga"), "Getafe" jumped three places in the tournament table.

The matches were rescheduled due to the cancelled UEFA Cup match between Athletic "Bilbao" and Vienna "Austria" last month, when a huge snowstorm in the Austrian capital disrupted the game.

In the match held in Bilbao, the hosts scored the first goal - it was scored by Ezquerro, a player often mentioned in Spanish media as desired by top European clubs, in the 36th minute. Five minutes later, an impressive goal from 40 meters to "Real" gates could have doubled the score, but the author Andoni Iraola missed a penalty from eleven meters.

In the second half of the match, the players of "Getafe", who defeated Madrid's "Real" at home just a week ago, played more spectacularly and managed to win. Goals were scored by Kome and Michel.

After this victory, which was the first won away this season, "Getafe" rose three positions in the tournament table and now occupies 12th place with 35 points. They achieved this position thanks to not bad results in the last five matches: three draws and two wins.
