"Milan's president Massimo Moratti confirmed that coach Claudio Ranieri has not lost his trust.
The Italian club has not won in the national championship for seven consecutive matches, so there are talks about changes in the coaching staff.
"It's not easy for the coach to read in the press every day about his dismissal and the appointment of a new specialist," Moratti said. "In fact, there has been no contact with other coaches.
"Claudio is a professional, working hard at his job, so he has my full support during this difficult time. We hope to soon get out of this slump.
In the "Serie A" standings, "Inter" is in 7th place after 26 rounds, trailing eleven points behind the third position, which guarantees a ticket to the Champions League."
