Carlos Tevez could be included in the squad for Wednesday's English Premier League match against Chelsea from London.
The 28-year-old footballer last played in a match back in September, and later got involved in several scandals, resulting in a three-month ban from returning to his homeland.
"Such possibility exists," said coach Roberto Mancini when asked if the Argentinian's name could be included in the match application. "His form is getting better, but for now we cannot expect more than 25-30 minutes of playing time. Carlos needs to play, but for now, 90 minutes is impossible."
On March 6, Tevez ran onto the field in a reserve team match against Bolton and scored a goal.
