In early 2015, Madrid is already expecting to open the doors to a football paradise - an artificial island in the United Arab Emirates.
According to a project worth one billion dollars (2.6 billion Litas), the island will host luxury villas, a high-class hotel, an amusement park, and the world's first 10,000-seat stadium, one side of which will be open with a direct view of the sea.
It is expected that the island, which is surrounded by a radius of 4 hours flight from where about 4 billion people live, will be visited by about a million guests each year.
"This is a very important strategic step, allowing the club to further establish itself in the Middle East and Asia," said Florentino Perez, president of "Real" with 300 million fans in this region.
