In the only Friday match of the German championship, Borussia Dortmund released victory from their hands, finishing the game against Stuttgart with an impressive 4-4 draw.

The hosts, who are leading the tournament table, managed to gain a two-goal advantage: Shinji Kagawa sent the ball into the net in the first half, and Jakub Blaszczykowski doubled the lead right after the break.

However, the visitors did not give up and in 8 minutes, they not only equalized but also turned the result around: Vedad Ibisevic scored in the 71st minute, and Julian Schieber found the net in the 77th and 79th minutes.

But the drama did not end there - Borussia's defender Mats Hummels equalized the score from about 16 meters, and Ivan Perisic scored the fourth goal, seemingly securing the victory for Dortmund.

But in the second minute of added time, Christian Gentner leveled the score to 4-4.

Borussia remains in first place and leads the closest pursuer by six points, but this advantage could easily shrink over the weekend.
