Jose Mourinho strongly denied rumors that he agreed to take over the club from the next season.
According to the Spanish media, the Portuguese is said to leave Madrid in the summer and return to work in England, replacing Italian Roberto Mancini in Manchester.
"I deny that I or anyone in my circle has made an agreement with 'Man City,'" said Mourinho. "I have a valid contract, so I am not required to answer questions that have no basis."
The coach also complained about the media, with whom he has not been in contact for a long time, upset about unfavorable referee decisions in the match against "Villarreal": "We simply wanted to avoid controversies and disqualifications for what we would have said, so we remained silent.
