In the central match, Vilnius "Žalgiris" secured their fourth consecutive victory and became the sole leader by convincingly defeating Marijampolė's "Sūduva" 4-0 at home.

After cautious first few minutes, the players of Žalgiris took the lead almost half an hour into the game, when Croatian Tomislav Pekas sent the ball into the net with his fingertips after a pass from Calum Elliot from the side.

The score remained unchanged until halftime, and in the second half Vilnius's team took the initiative and sealed the victory with two goals by Mantas Kuklys with his head.
