The Spanish press is already undermining referee Howard Webb ahead of the Champions League semi-final match between Munich and Madrid clubs.
Late Sunday evening it was revealed that the 40-year-old Briton would officiate the Tuesday match in Germany, with some Spanish newspapers labeling him as "the worst possible person for this job."
Meanwhile, "Marca" called Webb a "naked man" and insisted that this was a widely spread nickname for him.
Many Spaniards are still unhappy with the 2010 World Cup final. While working there, Webb did not prevent Spain from defeating the Netherlands, but controversial decisions in disputed episodes have not been forgotten.
