Today (Monday) in Vilnius, at the "Sportima" arena, the LFF Cup second leg match took place, where Vilnius "Žalgiris" met their second team "Polonija" and once again defeated them with a crushing victory.

The Žalgiris team, who had a four-goal lead from the first leg match, once again had no major problems and crushed the opponents with a 5-0 result. The goals for the winners were scored by I. Morinas, A. Osipovičius, V. Lemežis, and J. Dovkša, with the latter scoring twice.
Žalgiris won with a total score of 9-0 and advanced to the next stage, where almost all participants will be determined in the Tuesday and Wednesday matches. The draw for the quarter-finals will take place on March 24th.
On Tuesday, the postponed first leg match between "Vilnius" and "Šiauliai" will be played at 15:00 at the "Sportima" arena. Tomorrow, there will also be five second leg matches, one to be played on Wednesday, and the winner of the "Vilnius" - "Šiauliai" pair will be determined on Saturday.
