Strategist Pep Guardiola denies rumors linking him to work at the London club.
The specialist's contract with the Spanish team will expire after this season, so there are ongoing discussions about possible future career paths.
"It's a fantasy, all just hypotheses," Guardiola said. "I coach the 'Barcelona' team, and 'Chelsea' has a great strategist who has achieved incredible results in a short time. So, there is no benefit for either of us to talk about it. We simply don't have time for that."
He added: "I want to focus only on matches. It is a dream come true for me to be here before an amazing game. It is important for the players to be fully focused and enjoy their time on the field."
