The value of the 'Red Devils' compared to last year has increased by 20% and amounts to 2.235 billion US dollars. In second and third places are the Spanish giants - Madrid's "Real" (1.877 billion) and "Barcelona" (1.370 billion) respectively. "The fan base, which consists of about 330 million people worldwide, determines the status of this sports team as the most valuable in the world," says the Forbes report. It is also added: "The wealth of the strongest teams will continue to grow. For example, Champions League prize money compared to last year has increased." In fourth place is London's "Arsenal" (1.292 billion), in fifth place is Munich's "Bayern" (1.235 billion). Moving up to the 13th position is "Manchester City" (443 million).
