Former London "Chelsea" and "Porto" coach Andre Villas-Boas wants to take over the position of leaving Josep Guardiola at "Barcelona."
Sport reports that the 34-year-old Portuguese has already informed the Catalan club about his desires.
However, according to the press, Boas' chances of coaching "Barcelona" are slim - the most realistic candidate is called Athletic Bilbao strategist Marcelo Bielsa, as well as Guardiola's assistant Tito Vilanova, currently coaching at "Roma" Luis Enrique, and youth team coach Oscar Garcia.
Next to them are former "Villarreal" coach Ernesto Valverde and German national team coach Joachim Low.
This season, A.Villas-Boas unsuccessfully coached "Chelsea" and was fired a couple of months ago.
