Fabrice Muamba couldn't hold back tears when he returned to the stadium and received the support of thousands of passionate fans.
The 24-year-old footballer suffered a heart attack during a match against London's Tottenham on March 17. Nevertheless, he was already discharged from the hospital on April 16, and doctors call his recovery process a miracle.
It is still unclear whether Muamba will be able to continue his career.
