The capital of Spain, Madrid, turned white - thousands of "Real" fans celebrated the first Spanish champion title in the last four years together with the royal club footballers.
The "Real" footballers, along with coach Jose Mourinho, rode through the streets of Madrid on an open bus, and the main celebrations took place at the Cibeles fountain - the traditional place for celebrating royal club trophies.
For this "Real" team, known as the second project of club president Florentino Perez "Los Galacticos", which shines with stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Angel Di Maria, Mesut Ozil, and Karim Benzema, this is the first Spanish champion title.
"Real" ended the dominance of eternal rivals "Barcelona" in the country, which had been the champion for the last three years.
"These are the moments we work for. To bring joy to the fans," - rejoiced J. Mourinho, who has now become champion in four different countries - Portugal, England, Italy, and Spain.
"It's a wonderful feeling. This is my first Spanish champion title and I am very happy. The fans truly deserve it," added "Real" leader C. Ronaldo.
