Arjen Robben has signed a new contract and will remain at the Munich club until 2015.
It was rumored that the winger of the Netherlands national team, who has dominated several famous European teams, could leave the German team, but an agreement was finally reached.
"I have always emphasized that I feel great in Munich," said Robben. "That's why I am happy that the opportunity to extend the contract arose. Bayern is already my family because two of my children were born in this city."
He added: "Of course, this agreement is beneficial from a sporting point of view, as we have a great team and we are expecting big victories."
This season, Robben scored 17 goals in all tournaments.
