London defender Bacary Sagna will miss the start of the European Championship in June due to a broken fibula.
The 29-year-old Frenchman suffered the injury during Saturday's match against Norwich, when in the 33rd minute opponent Bradley Johnson tackled him. Sagna tried to continue playing, but soon after trying to stop the ball, he fell on the field again.
This is already the second leg fracture for the defender this season - he underwent surgery back in October.
"Broken fibula, same leg," said Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger. "It happened with the opponent's help. I don't know if it was intentional or not."
