Midfielder Darren Fletcher hopes to continue his career and return to the field already in preparation for the next season stage.
The Scotland national team player paused his career in December when doctors diagnosed him with ulcerative colitis. Last week rumors started spreading that the 28-year-old footballer would hang up his boots, but the information did not prove to be true.
"We hope that Fletcher will prepare for the season together with the team. He is doing everything to make it happen," said "Man Utd" manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
Within "Man Utd," the midfielder played 300 matches and scored 22 goals.
