Two more footballers are leaving the London club: defender Jose Bosingwa and forward Salomon Kalou. The contracts of both players will not be extended.
29-year-old Bosingwa joined the team in 2009 for 18 million euros from "Porto", while Kalou was acquired from "Feyenoord". In 2006, his price was around 9 million euros.
Bosingwa managed to play 127 matches. "Chelsea" had the option to automatically extend his contract for another year, but they did not use it.
Kalou scored 60 goals in over 250 matches.
In the near future, the London club intends to sit down at the negotiating table with players whose contracts will expire in a year. These players include Florent Malouda, Michael Essien, Paulo Ferreira, and Frank Lampard.
