Fernando Torres does not intend to leave the London club this summer.
In a recent interview, the Spaniard stated that he was not satisfied with his role in the team, so he did not rule out the possibility of trying his luck at another club.
However, on his personal website, the Spanish national team striker insisted: "I am happy at Chelsea and I have never said otherwise. I still have a lot to do here. Of course, the years have been difficult, I didn't play much, although I think I deserved to be on the field more often."
"I felt bad, but I never gave up and I don't intend to. Chelsea signed me with huge expectations, I felt the support of the owner and the fans, but my role in the team did not live up to that."
And he added: "I was psychologically blocked, I felt very bad. The ball just wouldn't fall at my feet, I never found myself in the right place. The worst feeling in the world is when you love your profession but become a player that is not liked. Luckily, that's in the past. Now I am focused on fulfilling my dreams, and the best part is - they are right in front of me."
