One of the most famous Brazilian footballers of the last decade, Ronaldinho, is leaving the "Flamengo" team.

The 32-year-old striker was allowed by a court in Rio de Janeiro to unilaterally terminate the contract with the club due to unfulfilled financial obligations.

It is said that "Flamengo" owes the player about 16 million euros, which includes salary, bonuses, and commercial rights.

The leaders of "Flamengo" who plan to appeal did not hide their disappointment: "We did not expect such behavior from Ronaldinho. The case has been handed over to lawyers who will defend our interests. The club is always more important than individual personalities."

It is said that Ronaldinho is interested in at least a few teams in the United States.
