Cristiano Ronaldo stated that he wants to represent the Madrid club until the end of his career.

The 27-year-old footballer arrived in Spain three years ago. At that time, "Man Utd" received a record sum of 97 million euros for him.

"If everything depended on me, I would stay in the 'Real' team as long as I can play. I say that sincerely," the Portuguese quoted. "I would sign a ten-year contract today, but it also depends on others."

Last season, the leader of the Portuguese national team played 60 matches in all tournaments and scored 55 goals.

"What I have achieved so far, I have done through sweat and talent. Nothing comes easy - it required a lot of hard work," he said. "Sometimes I think I am still the most expensive footballer of all time, so I try to live up to the expectations placed on me on the pitch."
