The English national team hopes to delight fans with a good performance in the European Championship in Poland and Ukraine, but the Football Association (FA) has already booked plane tickets home for the team.
Interestingly, the flight is scheduled for June 20 - just one day after the final group stage match, reports "The Sun." The flight from Krakow is planned to depart for Manchester and London.
However, the FA insists that this decision does not reflect pessimistic moods. They claim it is just a standard procedure to avoid potential difficulties.
Former England national team goalkeeper Alan Mullery said, "The decision is really strange. If I were a player, I wouldn't be happy to hear about it."
The first match in Group D for the English team will be against the French on Monday.
