Harry Redknapp, who has been working as the manager of Tottenham for four years, has been released from his duties in London. The 65-year-old specialist's contract was supposed to be valid for one more season, but there was no offer to extend it, so both parties decided to go their separate ways.

"I have enjoyed my time spent with this team immensely, and I am proud of the achievements," said Redknapp. "It's a shame that I am leaving, but I would like to thank the players, staff, and fans for their support."

"Tottenham" chairman Daniel Levy added: "The decision to part ways was not an easy one. Harry came to the team when we needed his experience and approach the most. This action does not diminish Redknapp's work in any way, so I would like to thank him for the victories. He will always be welcome in this club."

In the last 13 matches of the Premier League, Tottenham won only four last season, but that did not prevent them from finishing fourth in the league table. However, the London team did not qualify for the Champions League, as the right to defend the trophy was given to London's "Chelsea," who finished sixth.

Currently, the favorite to replace Redknapp is Everton's coach David Moyes.
