"Sevilla" defender Javi Navarro has received a punishment - the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has imposed a five-match suspension on him. Such a punishment was received by the 31-year-old Spaniard for "aggressive play." This incident occurred during the match between "Sevilla" and "Mallorca" on March 20. During that match, Javi Navarro, while fighting for the ball with "Mallorca" player Juan Arango, hit his opponent in the face with his elbow. After this knockout blow, Arango lost consciousness and, having convulsions, was taken to the hospital, where he left after a few days. After the examinations, it was revealed that J.Arango had a broken cheekbone. It is believed that "Sevilla" will appeal within ten days, as allowed by the rules.
