"Manchester United's head coach Sir Alex Ferguson was disappointed with Paul Pogba's decision to leave for Juventus, but he hopes that Zeki Fryers, even though his contract has also expired, will return to the club for pre-season preparation.
"As far as we know, Pogba signed a contract with Juventus a long time ago," said the Scot. "I think he showed us no respect. If he and his agent had continued in the same vein, perhaps it would be better for it to happen further away from our club.
"We haven't heard anything from Zeki Fryers. I don't know what is happening with him, but he has not been in touch with the club. We also haven't received any news from his agent, so I can only assume that Zeki will return to our training sessions."
