The famous Ronaldinho lost a lucrative advertising contract with the soft drink manufacturer "Coca Cola". The reason is comical: the "Atletico Mineiro" forward was seen drinking the drink of a fierce competitor, "Pepsi".

During a press conference, the Brazilian was seen sipping on the product of his new club's sponsor, so soon after, "Coca Cola" released a statement: "We acknowledge Ronaldinho's career achievements, but our collaboration has become impossible."

However, ESPN marketing expert Marcelo Pontesas added: "This was the final straw in the 'Coca Cola' patience cup, but there were more reasons. He didn't meet the company's expectations, as more news related to him was negative rather than positive."

From "Coca Cola" he was earning 750 thousand dollars annually.
