Managers are already looking for footballers who could replace departing defender Thiago Silva and forward Zlatan Ibrahimović.

Due to financial difficulties plaguing the Milan team, the Brazilian and the Swede will be sold to a French team for an impressive sum of 62 million euros. The same reason will mean that they will be replaced by younger and cheaper footballers.

It is believed that the main candidate to fill the defender position is 25-year-old Davide Astori, representing "Cagliari". The Italian, valued at 15 million euros, rejected an offer from Moscow's "Spartak" this summer, but is likely to be willing to move to "Milan", where he started his career.

Meanwhile, Ibrahimović would be replaced by Mattia Destro. The 21-year-old "Siena" player, whose rights belong partly to the "Genoa" club, has previously played for another Milan team, "Inter".

Last season in the "Serie A" championship, Destro, whose price could reach around 10 million euros, played 31 matches and scored 12 goals.
