Madrid's "Real" and team leader Cristiano Ronaldo negotiations for a new contract have reached a deadlock.
This happened due to new Spanish laws, according to which footballers will have to pay corresponding taxes.
C.Ronaldo is demanding a yearly salary of 15 million euros - this means that with taxes the royal club will have to spend a total of 23 million euros per season.
The current contract of the Portuguese with the Madrid team is valid until 2015.
