Thorgan Hazard has joined his brother Eden and moved from "Lens" club to London for an undisclosed fee.
The 19-year-old footballer, who has played only 11 times for a team in the second French league, has also represented various age groups of the Belgium national team.
He follows in the footsteps of his brother Eden Hazard, who signed a contract with "Chelsea" in June. The English club paid around 40 million euros to the "Lille" team for him.
Thorgan Hazard is currently training with the "Chelsea" youth team (up to 21 years old), but the possibility of him being loaned out is being considered.
