London's "Chelsea" continues summer shopping in the player market.
UEFA Champions League winners are offering 9 million pounds for "Wigan" attacking midfielder Victor Moses.
The 21-year-old Nigerian's contract with his current team will end after the next season and he categorically refuses to put his signature on a new contract.
"Wigan" wanted around 10 million pounds for V. Moses and it is believed that "Chelsea" will accept the offer.
During the offseason, the London club has already acquired Eden Hazard, Oscar, and Marko Marin.
