Chelsea defender John Terry was pleased by the active actions of the team's owner Roman Abramovich in the player market.
The Russian has already spent 60 million pounds and shows no signs of stopping - he plans to buy a forward and a defender.
"Roman is everywhere - he's on the training pitch, he's wandering around the hotel, Abramovich is asking about our plans. It's great that he cares about the club's affairs," Terry said.
"Large sums of money are being spent, but it's necessary. We see what teams like PSG or Man City are doing. Even though we won the UEFA Champions League, we need to not fall behind," said Chelsea veteran.
