Stambul purchased Turin club's underperforming Miloš Krasič for 7 million euros.
The 27-year-old footballer arrived in Italy in 2010 from Moscow's CSKA, but this summer found himself on the list of players for sale.
Krasič had been linked to "Fenerbahce" since the beginning of this year, and has now signed a four-year contract.
"I am very happy. I am coming to a very strong club," Krasič said at the airport, having played 8 matches and scored two goals in the Serie A last season.
