The official website of the Madrid team announced that defender Raul Albiol has extended his contract with the club for another two years.
According to the new contract, the 26-year-old Spanish national team footballer has committed to staying with the "Merengues" until June 30, 2017.
Albiol arrived at the capital's team from "Valencia" in the summer of 2009 for a solid sum of 15 million euros and played 63 times in the starting lineup of "Real" over three seasons.
