The attacker Romelu Lukaku will spend the next season at "West Bromwich" club under a leasing agreement in London.
The 19-year-old footballer has long been associated with London's "Fulham", but ultimately joined another team.
"He is a powerful, strong and ambitious forward," said "West Brom" coach Steve Clarke. "It was difficult for him to establish himself in a team with so many high-level players at Chelsea. Here at our club, Romelu will get more playing time on the field."
Lukaku moved to "Chelsea" in the summer of 2011 from Brussels' "Anderlecht" for around 25 million euros. However, during this time, he has only played 12 matches.
